V7 Instructions

  1. Click the orange icon (or your profile image) in the upper right then Manage Users. Here you will find a list of all users.

  3. Add User

    1. Click the Add User button at the top right.

    2. Fill out the mandatory fields (username, primary email, Last Name, Password, Confirm Password and Role) then click Save.

  4. Edit User

    1. Click the 3 dots on the left side of the list next to the user you are making changes to. Here you can Change the Username, Change Password, Edit or Delete the User
  5. Delete User

    1. When clicking delete, Repbox will notify you that this user cannot be restored and ask if you want to delete them permanently. If you click Yes, you will be given the opportunity to transfer that particular user’s records to another user as well as a checkbox to Delete the User Permanently.

    2. If you do not select the “Delete User Permanently” checkbox, the user becomes inactive and no new records can be assigned to that user.

    3. Existing records will stay with that user unless someone tries to edit a record owned by that user. In this case, it will transfer the Assigned To (ownership) of that record to the person making the edit.

  6. Restore User

    1. If you wish to restore an inactive user, you may click the restore icon located next to the trash can.

Billing will not continue for inactive users, but they will not be able to log in. You can re-activate them at a later date if you wish.
