How to Manage Picklist Values in Repbox

Picklist fields allow users to select from a predefined list of options when entering data. As an admin, you can create, edit, and remove picklist values to keep your data consistent and relevant to your business.

You must be an Admin to manage picklist values. This option will not appear if you are not an administrator.

Accessing the Picklist Editor

1. Navigate to the module where you want to update a picklist
2. Click the right side 3 dot menu next to “Add Account” (for this example)
3. Click Picklist Values

Adding a Picklist Value

1. Select the desired module and picklist field from the dropdowns. This will default to the module that you were currently in
2. Click Add Value
3. Enter the new value in “Item value”
   • You can add multiple by separating them with a comma
   • You can also choose a color for your picklist item
4. Click Save

Editing a Picklist Value

1. Select the desired module and picklist field
2. Locate the value you want to edit and click the pencil icon next to it
3. Update the value name or color
