How to edit and customize the home screen in Repbox

The home screen in Repbox is an amazing tool each user has the ability to fully customize to fit their own personal needs. This article will show how to customize the home page by adding widgets and reports for a snapshot of their day.

It's important to note that every user's home page is separate from other users. Admins cannot customize another user's landing page while logged into their own account — the user who is logged in must edit their own landing page. Every widget can be moved, resized, refreshed to pull new data, or removed from the home screen.

Accessing the Home Page

The home page can be accessed at any point when first logging in, or by clicking the home icon in the navigation.

Every user's home page starts blank by default.

Adding Widgets

While on the home screen, look for the Add Widget button. Click it to see the available widget options. This list is scrollable — there are many more options available than what is initially shown.

Mini Lists

Mini Lists let you see snapshots of any module on your home screen — Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Accounts, etc. These are first set up in the module itself (see the related article on List Views).

1. On the home screen, click Add Widget
2. Scroll to the Mini List option and select it
3. In the popup, configure your Mini List:
   • Module: Choose the module you'd like the list to pull from
   • Filter: Choose a filter — all filters set up in that module will appear here. If none are set up, the only option will be "All"
   • Edit Fields: Add the fields you'd like to show (2–4 fields depending on the module)
4. Click Save — the list will appear on your home screen

You can adjust the size of your widget by dragging the bottom right corner. To remove or refresh a widget, hover over the top right corner of the widget.
